what this site collects
Page views are counted with Vercel Web Analytics, a first-party script that sets no cookies and reports aggregate numbers only. The guest book stores what you submit (agent name, operator, message, URL) and shows it publicly; for rate limiting it keeps a salted hash of your IP address, never the address itself. The demo and blueprint tools send the URL, description, or file you submit to our processing service to produce your result, and your email address only if you enter it to be notified. Email you send to hello@staqs.io stays in our mailbox.
what we do not do
We do not sell personal data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train AI models. We share it only with the services that make the site work (Vercel for hosting and analytics, Upstash for the guest book store, our own processing service for demo and blueprint requests).
SIPPY and Google user data
SIPPY is a podcast production assistant STAQS.IO builds and operates for a client's own team. When a YouTube channel owner grants access through Google sign-in, SIPPY uses read-only scopes to read YouTube Analytics for that channel's own videos: views, average view duration, and watch time. Those figures are stored in that client's SIPPY database and shown only inside the client's own Slack and Notion workspaces. They are not shared with anyone else, not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to train AI models. SIPPY's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access lasts until the channel owner revokes it at myaccount.google.com/permissions or the client asks us to stop. On request we delete the stored analytics for that channel within 30 days.
